Working at the Porcupine Pub and Grille, ( best restaurant in the valley!!), is a great job. It allows me to do what I love during the day, ( training for triathlon), and suits my personality because I am a very outgoing chick. Being that the location of our restaurant is at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, it is a popular place for outdoor enthusiasts and I am often asked what sport I am into. The conversation quickly turns to triathlon and intrigued customers begin to inquire about the specifics of such a sport. I noticed that the same questions come up all of the time so I decided to create my own FAQ 's to help get to know me better...
